RETURN POLICY
What is your return policy?
All items sold on www.aoneglassandcrockerystore.in either have a 7-day return policy or a 7-day replacement policy, depending on the product category. All Electric Appliances have a 7-day replacement policy. Please check the policy applicable to the product you wish to purchase before making the purchase. You can place a return request from the My Orders section on the website for the items you wish to return.
What are the conditions for the return policy?
7-Day Return Policy :
- Returns should be booked within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be returned undamaged with the original packaging intact.
- Refunds will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse, within 7 days of the receipt of the product at the warehouse.
What are the conditions for the replacement policy?
7-Day Replacement Policy :
- This item is eligible for free replacement within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or incorrect item being delivered to you. If we are unable to repair or replace the item satisfactorily, the defective / damaged item will be eligible for a refund.
- Please keep the item in its original condition, with an undamaged brand outer box, MRP tags attached, a user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories.
- We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.
- Please note that any damage caused due to usage will not qualify.
- Refunds will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse, within 7 days of the receipt of the product at the warehouse.
The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Damages due to misuse of the product.
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.
- Any product that is returned in a condition that is different than which it was received.
How long does the refund process take?
The refund process can take up to 3-5 days once the parcel is returned to us. For all refunds, we will refund the amount to the same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash-on-delivery refunds, we will issue a refund to the payment mode shared by you while raising a return request.
Broken Items
Should an item be received broken, please email us at support@aoneglassandcrockerystore.in within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name and a picture clearly showing it. We will replace the ordered item at our cost.

Defective Items
Should an item have a manufacturing defect, please email us at support@aoneglassandcrockerystore.in, within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name, stating the defect, and a picture clearly showing it. We will get the item collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective piece/pieces/sets at our cost.
